Refund Policy

Retro 90 Originals: Returns & Refunds

At Retro 90 Originals, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Here’s how our returns and refunds work:


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a fault, error, or imperfection, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@retro90originals.com. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos so we can sort it quickly.


Review & Processing

  • We’ll review your claim within 1–2 business days.

  • Approved exchanges are usually processed within 2–4 business days plus shipping time.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 1 business day, and usually appear in your account within 3–5 business days (depending on your payment method).


Ordered the wrong size?

We do accept exchanges if the wrong size is ordered. However, everything is printed to order, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us in the UK, as our EU and US based printing partners are unable to accept returns on our behalf. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.


Order Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly (often within 2–6 hours). If you need to cancel, email us straight away at support@retro90originals.com. If your order has already entered production or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.


Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived and you believe it’s lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with our shipping partners to track it down and arrange a solution.


EU Customers

Customers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day goods are received. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. EU customers can also cancel an order before it has been fulfilled. See Returns and Cancellations link in the footer.

  • Once your return is received at our facility, we’ll notify you by email.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns if the claim does not meet the conditions above.
