Retro 90 Originals Shipping Guidelines

At Retro 90 Originals, we know you’re eager to get your hands on your new gear. We work hard to get your order out quickly and smoothly. Here’s how our shipping process works:


How Quickly Will My Order Be Dispatched?

  • Everything is printed to order, and orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

  • On rare occasions, order volume or stock levels may extend dispatch times slightly — but we’ll always aim to keep things moving fast.


What Are the Shipping Costs?

  • UK standard delivery: usually £2.99.

  • We occasionally run free delivery promotions, which will always be announced at the top of our website.

  • International delivery costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout.


When Will I Receive My Order?

After dispatch, delivery times typically are:

  • UK: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 4–8 business days

  • USA & Canada: 6–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

If the closest fulfillment center is out of stock, your order may ship from another location, which could add a little extra time — but we do our best to keep delays minimal.


Need to Change Your Delivery Address?

Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. Our fulfillment process is automated, and once your order is in the system, it may not be possible to change the address.


Where Will My Order Be Shipped From?

We are based in the UK and work with a network of fulfillment centers worldwide to deliver as efficiently as possible. Your order may ship from:

  • United Kingdom (Wolverhampton, UK)

  • Europe (Latvia, Spain, Germany, Czech Republic)

  • USA (Miami, FL / San Jose, CA)


Will I Have to Pay Customs Fees?

For international orders, customs fees or taxes may apply. These charges are set by your local customs office and are outside our control. Please check with your local authorities for estimates before placing an order.


What If My Order Is Lost?

If you think your order has gone missing, please:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

  2. Contact your local post office to see if they’re holding the package.

  3. Ask neighbours in case it was delivered nearby by mistake.

If you still can’t find it, email us at support@retro90originals.com with your order number, and we’ll help track it down. Please note: if the address entered at checkout was incorrect, we can send a replacement but you’ll need to cover the cost.
